Pros
Excellent company built on family values. It's great to work for a company where you're just not a number on a spreadsheet. Many opportunities to grow and its great to see several over the years grow within. When COVID hit, the unknowns that were the new normal put a tremendous amount of stress on all of us and it was handled well with Wachter. The leadership team led the company through that trying time better than any other company which was from the heart and not a bottom line approach. In my opinion its reasons like that I'm honored to say I work here. The sales leadership team is as solid as the executive leadership team and continues to present us solutions keeping Wachter cutting edge.
Cons
Vacation/Comp time policy. Need more team building events as a company.
