      You’ll get good experience as an entry level employee to prepare you for other positions outside the company.

      Cons

      Bonus system is basically non existent. Not much room to promote and promotional raises are a slap in the face of you even get one.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
