      nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      was contracted in didn’t last a month they found toxic reason to let me go. constant turnover and toxic FTE that throw you under the bus to get ahead. If you have a family to provide for and can’t risk losing a job or need stable work, save yourself the trouble.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
