      Pros

      Not a perfect company, which means there are plenty of things to make better. Senior leadership encourages and supports individuals who want to make things better, and empowers them to do so. Also, best health insurance I have ever had in my life!!! Hands down!

      Cons

      Not for those who like to be told everything they need to do each day. Also not the best place to check boxes and go home. Critical thinking and a little crazy boldness is a must at times.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
