      Pros

      The Pay is Reasonable and if you don't mind never being home its great.

      Cons

      Management will not do anything above the bare minimum unless you harass them to do so. If you are looking to advance your career with new certifications, do not come here. If you do decide to work for wachter realize that next weeks work is not guaranteed. I have had PM's pull me off jobs with 0 warning and left me out to dry for a week or 2 with no pay.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
