There are ZERO pros about this company. Extremely dangerous to your life.
Cons
Company does not communicate days you need to work, will only have leads in a "private" chat about what times and days you will work or not. If the lead fails to tell you on time you are working, they will leave you at hotel and Wachter will fire you without contacting you and secretly end your hotel stay. From there you BETTER have money to get yourself back home if not you will be homeless several states away from where you are from. They will not respond to your calls or text messages and wipe their hands clean of you and your safety. Also PRAY they pay you on time while you sleep on a park bench with your luggage and belongings. This company is dangerous. Beware.
