      Great peer relationships, Peer support, attempts at inproving culture, work place spaces improving.

      Cons

      Company work flow improvements not created with with PM in mind, company interinally siloed with little cross process standards. lack of upper management plans/investment on industry standards for techs, sales and installers.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
