leaving on a Friday afternoon will never be better. a lot of good people in the actual workforce very toxic manager recently left

Cons

replaced a decent logistics director with one who has no idea how to run a warehouse. mandatory Saturday overtime which makes up for poor production due to lacking supervision and inability to hold all workers to the same standard of work. supervisor on the floor has no idea what his people do and generally views us as a number. no one held accountable for poor work performance. extremely weak and lazy union leadership.
