Management lacks leadership abilities and vision. No consistent strategy or planning. Lots of silos with little information sharing, making it difficult to perform basic duties. Projects were very last-minute and disorganized--a lot of blaming the other guy. Harassment was part of the culture and several managers led by verbal abuse and threats. When concerns were brought up employees were told, "You should find another job." Many great employees did, so everyone else had to pick up the slack.
