Could have better management when it comes to organization of tools and equipment. I would say if the pay was higher, then the standard of work expectations could be matched but it isn't. I wouldn't sweat over this job, stay laid back. Rushed deadlines cause a failure always, and this happened often. Attempting to increase output and pushing employees to do more work at a faster pace caused products to be assembled incorrectly, backing up orders and completion rates, this being counter productive.
