Pros
Wacom is a great company, better than average benefits, fantastic perks like: phone allowance, parking allowance, socializing events, but the best part is the people. Never have I met such an outstanding group of people, highly intelligent, very creative, fun-loving, and so very caring.
Cons
The company structure is a bit complex and difficult to understand.
