Pros
Family like organization, everyone knows who you are, not just a number. Company stock has a decent return every year, allows you to build up money. Everyone seems to be friendly with good integrity, people are willing to help each other, and handle the tough challenges. Company is always growing, and always looking for people to be promoted. Fun activities are regularly scheduled, and they get involved in the communities a lot.
Cons
Incomes can go up and down, but in the longterm you will do well. Stock benefits dont really kick in for several years but when they do its big money. The first two levels are more task-oriented and its not until you reach the third level that you really get to lead a larger group, but you can get there in 3 years pretty easily. You have work all the holiday weekends, and most weekends but you get really good vacation time and your days work out to be pretty short. There are multiple career paths once you know how to run a restaurant, but you can wait a while for an opening.
