Pros
Some of the best reason to work at Waffle House was the demand in help. I never had problems getting the hours i needed. The company is very family oriented and very understanding I loved that about them. Its a great place to build a network in people.
Cons
Some of the cons would be the under acknowledgement to hard workers when seeking advancement. The managers I worked for were greedy selfish. I also noticed a loss in business with this company. The corporate is doing there part in building the company but you have management who really doesnt care to be in the position. You have managers who are so overworked and tired that they have giving up. I see several other thriving companies going above and beyond to help build sales and consumer to there company.
