Good ole boy system. If you are willing to brown nose and sacrifice your life than advancement in the company may be deemable for you. You are promised X dollars but every year they are always changing the compensation plan to their advantage. Please forbid if there is bad weather because guess what you are required to be their regardless. If your immediate manager reports to upper management that you are not a brown noser forget it. No personal life with the most challenging hourly associates you will ever have to manage. If a hourly associate has been there over a certain period of time then they can basically commit blood murder and you wont be able to terminate them. Take my advice things may be promising but look at all the other reviews.... you dont want to go this route.
