Pros
The pay, benefits, retirement and days off are great compared to other fast food restaurants, even though they we are not fast food, everything is made fresh! Support and hierarchy are good as well!
Cons
They are so attached to the old ways and to the “Show” of requesting and preparing the food the sadly is not well received or learned by many and many applicants and sadly the younger ones, that the turn over it’s astronomical! By being 24hrs non stop, the cleaning is incredible hard to keep and maintain especially during and after rush. I wish there would be a break during some time time of day or night that we could have a team to clean deeply!
