Pros

24 paid vacation days per year (7,7,10), pay is mostly bonus incentives but expect to gross about $1400 average every two weeks. Good support from up line management. Supposed quick promotions to district manager who average 60-80K

Cons

Expect to work 16 hour days when second shift calls in sick (once every two months or so). health plan sucks. The job is basically two in one: you will be THE cook from 7am to 2pm every day you work, then you also have to worry about all of your management responsibilities after that. The company will not pay overtime to employees so if someone calls in sick and you cant cover the shift without paying overtime you are working it. its a cheap company but that is exactly the reason they are able to pay well so it's a catch 22

Pros

Good money opportunity regarding tips - balances out to an above average pay at the end of the year. Easley store has good management. Company wide competitive base pay rate in the serving industry. Effective strategy for order taking, placing, and EOS duties. No seniority bias.

Cons

As any serving job, there are slow no-money-making nights. 1st and 2nd shifts are not guaranteed full time. They offer the opportunity to request low income where they will bridge the gap if you make less than minimum wage but this is almost entirely unused by the servers to the complexity of the reporting process.
