Pros

The only good part of the job is having free food.

Cons

I have not met a more discriminatory group of people. Gossip is inevitable at every turn no matter where you go - if you have any type of physical or psychiatric disability do not work here because they have a problem with any mistakes and anything that slows you or them down. The worst of all is autism, I have witnessed every employee I've come across unapologetically bully every autistic person that has come through there. In addition to that, their pay is garbage and you will be doing work that isn't covered by server pay. A lot of it. From my experience, they also become extremely upset if you don't work full time. As a college student, I need a lot of time off to do homework and go to class but they question every day I have off as being unneeded or frivolous. I still worked only 1 day less than full-time, but management cut my hours down to 3 days less than full-time while keeping all of the bullies at seven days and I'm not exaggerating. All of the stereotypes are true. Everybody there is on some type of substance while at work. Everybody there gossips about everybody else. Their sanitation practices are horrendous. Management doesn't care about any of the problems presented to them. They will work you to the bone and leave you alone with all of the work they didn't do, both peers and managers. You could literally do nothing wrong and nothing different, but they will find some way to say that you have not done your job correctly. Stealing is also a huge problem. Worst of all, they literally do not ever give you a break - no lunch break, no 10 minute break, no bathroom break - you can only do any of those things in between times where your customers are fully taken care of. I cannot warn you away from this place enough.

Pros

Solid pay for the industry Okay benefits Employee stock purchase plan Pretty consistent hours The actual work is difficult, but fun after you get good at it. Upward momentum is difficult, but the pay scales very well if you work your way up into management. Prepare for intense work if you do though.

Cons

They hire everyone, and your team will make or break your experience. Genuine safety concerns on 3rd shift. You need to be prepared for people to act out. Senior management only have operation management skills. They are not good "people" managers at all. Only "number" managers.
