Pros

The pay was pretty good, and it was nice to have some photo experience. The Photography Manager, my supervisor, was great; always willing to help you out, very understanding when things went wrong, and had a great sense of humor.

Cons

Long hours standing on your feet, many time there were miscommunications between the company and the photographer or the company and the school. Many shoots required you to be there at 6 am, sometimes driving two hours or more to get there. The head boss could often be pretty harsh, and there were a few times that he told off not only me, but other employees in front of students or school staff.

Taking time to get each picture right for the upcoming yearbook always felt great even though some kids won't be as cooperative

Cons

driving my own vehicle everywhere, but they do pay for the gas

Co-workers are nice and cool to talk with.

-bad pay -Management is incompetent - Management will not take you seriously - management will manage off of feelings rather than the facts laid before them. - list goes on and on
