Pros
- Yearly Bonus is great - Good Training, and are encouraged to be trained on different sections - Partner voice allows all concerns/ideas to be heard - Flexible with hours - Generally Friendly managers
Cons
- No personal reference when you leave - I found a couple of managers to be unprofessional and unreasonable, which often led to bad relationships with certain staff, however this can be expected with most businesses
