Underpaid and Overworked - Manager Waitrose Employee Review

The Deputy Branch Managers I worked for quickly demotivated me to a level i'd never experienced before. I was successful in my previous post, and am also doing well in my new post. Working shifts combined with performing the supermarket assistant role because hours are never planned correctly meant I was soon criticised for not managing my own time, or making the wrong selfish decision. I think it is a mental health hell in a management role.
