The bonus once a year is nice, but not worth it.
Cons
They take advantage of you, work you to death, managers would leave me to run the section by myself on busy weekends, which was not my job. do not raise your salary for at least 8 months after you take a promotion, management do not know the answers to most questions to do with important things like pay etc. it's somewhere you go to be trapped forever and end up hating every customer that comes in. FYI, every customer is foul and will treat you like their slave. If you are verbally abused by a customer at work, management will not care. It may seem worth it for the bonus, but I left it for a much lower paid job and am so happy. Also, the uniform is so strict. Also also if you do something great like clean up sick or poop, you will get no thank you.
