Poor management - Supermarket Assistant Waitrose Employee Review

Told that my contract was not being extended because I hadn't put evenings down when asked in survey which shifts I would prefer. I then offered to work evenings, but this was dismissed. Unfair treatment. Unpaid tea breaks.
