Dedicate time and efforts to look after employees. They invest in establishing a positive company culture and are the best in comparison to other supermarket retailers.
Cons
The section of ambient itself was rather mind-numbing and repetitive. However this was part of the role so there was little way to improve the job of stacking shelves.
