Good sense of community; very low pay - Assistant Director Wake Forest University Employee Review

Politics can stunt great initiatives; oftentimes initiatives and programs are changed without proper evaluation or trying them a second year to measure year-to-year outcomes; very very low pay and a concerted effort to keep paying under market value for positions; expectation to work over-time in spite of low pay; much of pay issues stem from a very dysfunctional HR (the list of grievances for the HR team is too long to list here).
