      Administration does not always listen to instructors. Pay is only average. Time at other institutions not considered for salary purposes.

      Tech Community College on the cutting edge of new technology. Staff and faculty are amazing.

      Pros

      Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

      Cons

      Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
