Great coworkers with a overall team environment.

Cons

Supervising styles have changed from the top of the ladder down. Employees are no longer valued. The integrity and morale of employees has diminished. Lots of tension in departments across several campuses due to these changes. Students can feel the tension and are affected by the change.

Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

Cons

Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
