Pros
The people are fantastic, some of the best colleagues I've had the opportunity to work with. Lots of professional development opportunities. Monthly leave earnings. Making a difference in students lives.
Cons
The focus on money and number served in con ed is affecting the quality. Administration doesn't seem to trust the people they hired to do the work. Administration changes the processes and expectations constantly and do not communicate with the staff. They let you know when you screwed up, but not how to do things correctly to begin with. No room for growth. Job duties consistently added for the high performers with no reward, promotion, or pay increase. Low performers are accommodated, not reprimanded or held accountable, while the extra workload is handed off. No flexible work schedules.
