      The organization and all the people are truly focused on helping improve educational outcomes for young and adult learners.

      Cons

      One raise of 2.5% in the past 4 years. Makes it very clear that employees are not a priority. Was frustrating preinflation. Now it's just abusive to employees.

      Tech Community College on the cutting edge of new technology. Staff and faculty are amazing.

      None at this time. Everything's cool.

      Pros

      Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

      Cons

      Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
