Location! There are multiple locations around the Raleigh area

Cons

Each supervisor I have had (2) runs rampant and has their own rules for what they want from employees. HR is slow to do anything even with written proof and requests for help.

Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

Cons

Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
