Pros

Some pros are that you get to work with some really cool people and students!

Cons

A lot of annoying rules that constantly change regarding COVID restrictions. It put extra work and stress on me, and personally I felt I wasn't being paid enough to deal with that.

Tech Community College on the cutting edge of new technology. Staff and faculty are amazing.

None at this time. Everything's cool.

Pros

Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

Cons

Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
