      Pros

      Faculty are fully dedicated to the task of teaching the workforce. It's a good place to get a foot in the door.

      Cons

      Bully culture for leadership. Your job is constantly being threatened. Students are seen as life support systems for financial aid by ranks above the instructors--get more FTE and get more money! It has the worst leadership high school culture I've ever seen, where little people get power, build silos, and defend their fiefdoms.

      Tech Community College on the cutting edge of new technology. Staff and faculty are amazing.

      Pros

      Cohesive team that cares about students and provided room to learn. Its a technical school. They are willing to work around your schedule, and even let you cross departments to help with projects. Being exposed to new stuff is fun.

      Cons

      Typical, hallowed, scholarly politics. Don't do this, wait for them to do that, when a task item would be beneficial to students or faculty.
