Happy with my move from healthcare to Walbec! - Recruiter Walbec Group Employee Review

I wasn't looking for something new when I was first approached about the recruiter position at the Walbec Group. However, as soon as I went in for an interview, I realized quickly that this company was different; they respect and appreciate their employees. It seems like an easy concept but not all companies can deliver on this like the Walbec Group can. They let us know that we are their greatest asset so they invest in our development, in new technologies and in areas that will keep us safe to return to our families each evening.
