Pros
The hiring staff does an excellent job of bringing on top-notch individuals who feed back into family-like environment that each department holds. I can't speak for employees in the field, but for those working in the office, the work schedule is very flexible. Unless there is a major project in progress, short-notice requests for time off are generally accepted.
Cons
Some business processes are behind the times or out-dated. However, there is a palpable trend from administration of improving these processes.
