Strong management support on projects; operationally strong leadership. Planning and Leadership are the key components everyone is grade on. Its all about execution on safety, budget, schedule and quality. Very strong on industrial projects.
Cons
Fun isn't a word used to describe Walbridge. There is a very much a military style environment. Their strong commitment to accomplishing the mission seems to overtake the concept that individuals could be enjoying their projects. Most of Walbridge's work comes from Industrial work where deadlines and safety are what matter most. This hampers efforts to cross over into the commercial world where the company lags behind overs. Industrial work - there isn't a company in the US that can beat Walbridge on execution. Quick promotions are rare - you need to earn your spot. Also seems to be preset timeline on how long you are in a position before moving on.
