Walbridge is a family oriented company who hires honest, kind, and respectful employees. They stand behind their work and make sure each person goes home safely at night.

Cons

It seems as if upper management is separated from the needs and priorities of the lower level employees. Many office personnel feel under appreciated.

Growing company with complicated projects. Well meaning people, but not the most progressive.

Cons

Leadership has many biases and communication top down is lacking. They are understaffed-look at the numbers. It’s more than operating “lean.” It’s not collaborative and it’s a big company that still operates like a “mom & pop” company. What pop says goes- period.
