i dont have any cons my whole experience was great no issues

Growing company with complicated projects. Well meaning people, but not the most progressive.

Leadership has many biases and communication top down is lacking. They are understaffed-look at the numbers. It’s more than operating “lean.” It’s not collaborative and it’s a big company that still operates like a “mom & pop” company. What pop says goes- period.
