      Pros

      Work culture is amazing. Pay is decent. I would stick around for the culture alone to be honest. The Dublin office staff have something special going on. This may sound like a fluff review, but it is hands down the best place I've ever worked.

      Disrespectful upper management. Inadequate training provided yet full responsibility expected. Selective on who progresses
