Pros
I got to work with some nice people
Cons
Consistently understaffed; they don't want to add staff in order to increase productivity potential (they base scheduling budget on customer reviews, if they're low, you get no budget to schedule, make it make sense); when they say "part-time", they really mean full-time without benefits of being a full-time employee; you're expected to do the jobs of 3 or 4 people at a time; "customer is always right" attitude; management at my old store nearly bombed my chance at a new store; oh and one of the "assessments" they require you to take pre-employment? Completely discriminates against people with mental health disabilities (especially personality disorders) and auto-rejects you if you don't give the "correct" answers
