Consistent Sunday off and major holidays off. This is only good for suckers that want to build career. But once you get that experience, use it somewhere else.
Cons
The pros will not matter if someone called out you have to come in if you can’t find a coverage then you work about 50 hours or more every week. Ridiculous metrics you have to reach. A small labor budget for your store and even you’re at home other stores can reach out to you for help.

Cons
Well I'm supposed to be full time but the last few weeks in feeling barely 30 hours a week.
We have staff and no hours, customers are hateful. We're exhausted.
