Pros
-Very flexible scheduling -Plenty of other young employees to hang out with outside of work -Employees are decently competent, clean-cut
Cons
-Very repetitive and easily annoying -Not very mentally stimulating -Very little room for making your own choices and decisions -99% of what you do without being asked to is "wrong" -Middle management is generally miserable and therefore uptight, which comes back onto the floor employees in the form of disrespect, short tempers, and the occasional outburst -- all unwarranted.
