Pros
I love walgreens, I started when I was 16 as retail, worked my way in the distribution center. Starting off was not that great since I was young so of course my boss to me was a j*rk. As I got older I left and started in the warehouse. It was a great job. I loved it. It was the heart of the company. I have learned so much met great people and management was great. It was hard work though, I don’t think I have ever worked so hard in my life but it made me a strong person. When holidays come around I would work 12,13 hour days just for a week or so then it was back to 8 hours. The DCM though would boost our spirits by catering food, and adding a few games in the break room. It motivated us to work harder knowing that someone appreciated how much we were working day to day. Benefits are great pay raises management amazing! To me it was a family environment thats why I came back

From time to time you may run into some rude people, but thats every job.
