Flexible schedule (but only do to lack of employees(which is do to such high turnover rates)) That’s really all.
Cons
Ive been with Walgreens for awhile now and I can honestly say that the merge with Boots was that single worst mistake Walgreens could have ever made. Now Walgreens wasn’t the best before this either. Walgreens only cares about money not employees, anyone in the actual store including management have zero say in nearly everything. The budget cuts are beyond unrealistic, in the past six months I’ve seen PHARMACISTS have to leave stores and search for hours or just out right leave. These are people with doctorates!!! The pay to workload ratio is outrageous, Walgreens will grind you down and work you like a dog. I would never recommend anyone to work for Walgreens under the current circumstances. The cons are countless!
