Poor upper management - Sales Associate/Cashier Walgreens Employee Review

Upper management...till this day this is the only job I've worked where I had to call people Mr. And Mrs. Even in upper management. Seems too rigid. I'm in upper management now in my career and I would never have my employees do this. They also could have had a huge lawsuit when I worked there because of some false accusations which were also intimidation tactics from upper management caused by a psycho I worked with who had nothing better to do than spread lies. They didn't ask me questions they made accusations which as years have passed and the career I'm in now I think back and wonder how those people had those kind of management jobs because they were not by the book and utterly unprofessional in the handling of the conflicts that were presented to them. Several co workers including this wacko girl who was at the time my direct supervisor were hard to work with and completely unprofessional. I think they hire too young for management and these people although intentions might be good are unequipped with the proper training to handle conflicts and resolve professionally and ethically.
