The amount of work they want you to do doesn’t equal to the 5.67 per hour pay on top on tips. The highest I ever made in tips was (25$) . Some managers also have favorites which means you get more hours . Some of the managers are inconsistent of regular employees feelings . So sometimes you get treated like a doormat by managers (certain ones) and customers . One manager I truly loved she was the most down to earth person and understand and treats you with respect. I honestly believe she should be the general manager but that’s just my opinion. The general manager need a reevaluation.
