Reality - Executive Kitchen Manager Walk-On's Employee Review

There is little to no help from anyone outside of the restaurant. We tend to be on our own, which makes it extremely difficult to run a restaurant in times like these. The only real interactions with corporate or the franchise group comes with a "this is what you are doing wrong", with no coaching or help to improve. There seems to be core group of people who have been with the brand from the beginning, if you are not one of them, it is very noticeable.
