Have knowledge about current trends

Cons

No good behaviour by fellow employees. Seniors won't be helpful. Freshers report to CEO , this is a technique to pressurize the freshers/ interns. Salary doesn't come on time. No Saturday off for Freshers, no work life balance. If you will be following whatever CEO says then you are in considered good, you can't argue otherwise that day will be your last day
