they have flexible timing. If you wish to learn things on your own, you get plenty of time to do so.
Cons
The compensation provided is not very encouraging, they only gave me 20% hike on my last drawn salary. Even the appraisal for most pf the people was not more than 15%. Secondly, the most important thing is, they don't have process for any department which makes thing difficult when you switch the company, when you are asked about the methodology and working style. Third, because of the mismanagement you don't learn anything from the company. there's no personal growth, after a time you would feel stagnation and frustration.
