Pros
Many! Imagine a place where you are the sole creator of your profile, where you get to suggest, implement your ideas that too with experienced direction. Some people who do not prove themselves may lay down some vague reviews as you may have read below, trust me they are naive. Lot of benefits as extra earnings which adds to the goodies, a sorted policy structure, a sane management. Flexibility is another plus. What I really admire is the commitment of the CEO.
Cons
Somewhere down the line a little more professionalism will not hurt. Phone91 needs to mature a tad more. Hierarchy may prove useful maybe not now but at some point of time.
