Pros
I was hired from campus recruitment drive and I had heard a lot of good things about the Company. A few of my friends are already working there, and it was a start-up so I thought it will be a good start for my career. 1. I learnt a lot of new things which I wouldn't have learnt in MNC. 2. Everyone can talk to everyone freely 3. Learning new technologies 4. Youngsters, fun environment 5. Good package compared to other start-ups
Cons
I feel there are a few things the Company should improve: 1. Flat hierarchy. There are no team leaders, which sometimes lengthens work. 2. Work balance. Though it depends from person to person. Like, I am a bachelor, so I could devote many hours to the Company, it used to feel good to stay for late hours. You got to party. But if you are married, and need to leave on time, it may not be possible at times.
