Easily one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. The secret to my success? Get on the good side of management…I’m kidding actually. Just do your job. And do it well. Don’t slack off. Don’t complain. Be the man that everyone else turns to because of how reliable you are. And of course play well with others. I find that in most instances the people who struggle the most here are the ones who don’t want to put in the maximum effort.

Cons

We’ve brought on contractors who were underqualified for the job in my ever so humble opinion.
